No drawing, no rough draft, no communication whatsoever. When I arrived at Discover the person I had an appointment with was in the middle of tattooing someone else, and the consultation I had scheduled involved only request for a deposit for the drawing. I was asked to come in for a consultation, so I drove across town for that at my scheduled appointment time. It was important to me to have a custom piece done, I'd have time to really tweak it and make it perfect before putting it on my body. I selected their Studio because their website stated that they would prepare a rough draft and provide it and then make revisions as necessary. I contact us into and tattoo in regards to having a memorial tattoo done for my husband who had passed away. Read LessīEWARE! I wish I could give zero Stars. I hope this review helps out to understand your customer base and to be honest with what you are able to provide. I am a bit disappointed with this service because I tip well for awesome customer service and come in for repeat work if I like the shop. I understand that some artist have their own style of tattooing but at least let your customers know that. I am usually pretty patient and understanding with businesses if they are busy and full of appointments but I felt like the artists were ignoring my requests for consults. I felt like there was no regard for my business as a customer. I understand advanced bookings but there was no one to talk to for even booking a consult a month in advance. I called the shop to book a consultation for my sleeve and future tattoos and all of the artists I was interested were out of town or not in the shop and was told to call a different day.Called again about 3 more times on three different days and all of these artists I was interested in were not available to talk to for another week. I showed him pictures of the sleeve I wanted but I got no feedback. One of the artists briefly responded on day 3 but there was no follow-up. I sent an email to three diffident artists with a style I wanted and received no response for about 3 days. ![]() I looked up on their website and it states to email their artists to get a fast response, consult appointment scheduling and availability. I was shopping around for tattoo artist in the area because I am new here and found this place off of good reviews.
